Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit this website and share your interest in Working With Psilocybin, a Working With Satya training. We collect only what we need to answer you, and we never sell your data.

1. Who we are

We are responsible for your personal data (the “controller” under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). For any question about your data, write to us at the email above.

2. What we collect

When you fill in the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), country, native language, your level of English and, if you choose to tell us, what draws you to the training.

When you visit the page: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, to keep the website running and secure. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta also receives information about your visit (see section 5).

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To answer your request and contact you about the training, arrange a discovery call and assess your application. We do this because you asked us to, before any agreement is made.
• To understand whether our advertising works, using the Meta Pixel. We do this only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the website secure and working, based on our legitimate interest in running a reliable website.

4. Who handles your data for us

We work with a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Kajabi, which runs our form and stores your contact details.
• Netlify, which hosts this website.
• Meta Platforms, through the Meta Pixel, only if you accept marketing cookies.
• Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces on this page. Your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

Some of these providers are based in, or transfer data to, the United States. Where this happens, they rely on safeguards recognised under EU law, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Cookies

We use marketing cookies, such as the Meta Pixel, only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the page or the form to work do not require consent.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep the details you share through the form for as long as we need them to handle your request and application, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you join the training, we keep the data needed for your participation and for our legal obligations, such as invoicing. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask us to:

• see the personal data we hold about you;
• correct it, or delete it;
• limit how we use it, or object to its use;
• receive it in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what happened before.

To use any of these rights, write to contact@workingwithsatya.com. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the one in the country where you live, or in Portugal the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, cnpd.pt).

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and our providers do the same.

9. Age

This training and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
